Estimating a job can be extremely difficult to get an accurate result without a print estimating program, due to complex factors and logical processes. Most of the costs are determined from specific costs e.g. the cost of stock, hourly rate of press & guillotining cut cost. Other factors which can effect the cost are factors like no. of printed copies out of a stock sheet, height of guillotine etc.

Please note the example above is for an offset job only, for a digital printer job the dialog box is slightly different.
