For the paper estimation, there are a few steps involved for an accurate assessment.

Step 1

Find the no. of printed items out of the stock sheet. With our ROBO Print Job Manager software this is done automatically, by determining the best layout.

Step 2

Find the no. of finished items out of the printed items. Again with our software this is done automatically.

Step 3

Apply the formula:

Paper Cost = (Run x Price per 1000 sheets x (1 + wastage % / 100))
                     No. of Stock Sheet x No. out of Printed Sheet x 1000
